How much are the boards?: Spark Analyzer £40 · Tracer £40 · Plant-Bot £30. Prices are in GBP; checkout shows shipping and any applicable tax before payment.
When and where do orders ship?: Orders ship from Cambridge, UK by tracked Royal Mail, usually within about a week. Shipping costs and available destinations are shown at Stripe checkout before payment.
Will I pay customs charges?: For orders outside the UK, import duties and customs charges may be payable by the buyer.
Can I cancel or return an order?: UK consumers can cancel an online order within 14 days after receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Email us to cancel, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. We will explain the return steps and refund the original payment method in line with your statutory rights.
What if a board is faulty?: If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, email us. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply.
